No, never. All KA Formula products are 100% cruelty-free and have never been tested on animals.
Where are your products made?
All KA Formula products are made in Greece, complying with the European Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! All products are dermatologically tested, paraben-free, and gluten-free, making them suitable for sensitive skin.
How long does shipping take?
Thessaloniki & Athens: 1-2 business days. Rest of Greece: 2-4 business days. Islands: 3-5 business days.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs €3.50 for all of Greece. Free shipping for orders over €35.
Can I return a product?
You have 14 days to return unused, sealed products in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics cannot be returned.
What if I receive a defective product?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product for immediate replacement or refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and cash on delivery (+€2 fee). Credit/Debit cards coming soon.
