The website www.kaformula.com is owned and operated by KA Formula, based in Thessaloniki, Greece. Using this website implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service.
2. Products
All our products are authentic, made in Greece, and comply with the European Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. Our products are:
- Cruelty-free — not tested on animals
- Paraben-free
- Gluten-free
- Dermatologically tested
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT (24%). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order completion.
Accepted payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (+€2 fee)
- Credit/Debit cards (coming soon)
4. Orders and Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on the region:
- Thessaloniki & Athens: 1-2 business days
- Rest of Greece: 2-4 business days
- Islands: 3-5 business days
Shipping costs: €3.50 for all of Greece. Free shipping for orders over €35.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receipt, without stating a reason.
Return conditions:
- The product must be unused and sealed
- Original packaging must be intact
- For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics cannot be returned
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of all our products. In case of a defective product, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product for immediate replacement or refund.
7. Liability
Always follow the usage instructions on the packaging. In case of an allergic reaction, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. KA Formula is not liable for improper use of products.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks) is the intellectual property of KA Formula and is protected by copyright legislation.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be posted on the website and will take effect from the date of publication.
10. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Greek and European law. The courts of Thessaloniki have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
