AccessiScan provides web accessibility testing services using the axe-core engine. Our service scans publicly accessible websites and generates accessibility reports based on WCAG, ADA, EAA, and Section 508 standards.

You agree to use AccessiScan only for lawful purposes. You may only scan websites that you own or have authorization to test. You agree not to:

  • Scan websites without proper authorization
  • Use our service to overload or disrupt target websites
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute our service without permission

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact support within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Accuracy Disclaimer

While AccessiScan uses industry-leading technology, automated accessibility testing cannot identify all accessibility issues. Our reports should be used as part of a comprehensive accessibility strategy that includes manual testing.

Limitation of Liability

AccessiScan is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from accessibility issues on your website or reliance on our scan results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service.
